Dc motor control using arduino and with the use LM393 IR Module as Motor Speed Sensor

Hello everyone, i am working in a project but i didn't know if the connection is correct, i saw a tutorial and try it to connect on my existing schematic using the LM393 IR Module as Motor Speed Sensor to measure the RPM.
