Questions about Mega 2560 pinout/amperage specs?

Hey all! So I'm working on some flight sim stuff and I know from searching that the following with the 2560:

1.)The sum of all IOL, for ports J0-J7, A0-A7, G2 should not exceed 200 mA.
2.)The sum of all IOL, for ports C0-C7, G0-G1, D0-D7, L0-L7 should not exceed 200 mA.
3.)The sum of all IOL, for ports G3-G4, B0-B7, H0-B7 should not exceed 200 mA.
4.)The sum of all IOL, for ports E0-E7, G5 should not exceed 100 mA.
5.)The sum of all IOL, for ports F0-F7, K0-K7 should not exceed 100 mA.

My problem is I'm having a hard time reading the pinout and comparing them to the actual pins on the 2560. For my LED's I have them on the following pins (pulling ~15-20 mA)

A4-A7
D8-D11, D15
D25-D30, D32-D37

My issue is I'm not 100% What "pins" go to what. So like.. I feel like I read this wrong, but if I'm right then:
L0 -> L7 = D30 -> D23. Which is under 200mA.
Then A0 -> A7 = A0 -> A7 which is also under 200mA (I'm only using A4 -> A7).
Then C0 -> C7 = A8 -> A15
But I'm still unsure of D32 to D37.

I just am not sure if I should run an external power supply to power all of the LEDs through a transistor, or if I'm okay with running them through the Arduino...
