Grey-level on GxEPD2 BW library

I wonder if the GxEPD2 library can show grey-level bitmap images ? (and in particular on a GDEY042T81 E-Ink display from Good Display?)

more questions:

1. Can the GxEPD2 library show grey-level at all or is it only made for BW ?

2. How many bit does the bitmap need for an optimal grey-level case ? What is optimal ?

3. What requirements do I need to seek for Good Displays if I want greylevel bitmaps to be shown? (in particular for the GDEY042T81 of Good Display)

4. If the GxEPD2 library cannot show grey-level - what other library would I need to work with ?

5. Any other reocmmendations for this topic ?
